Your earnings depend on which track you are part of:

Gear Track

• Earn 5–10% cashback on sales made with your code
• Once you reach 6,000USD in yearly sales, you unlock a flat 10% cashback

Here's what that looks like in practice:
Our average order value is 250USD. If you generate just 2 orders per month (24 orders over 12 months), you'll hit 6,000USD in sales and earn 600USD in cashback at the 10% rate. Share more authentically and consistently, and you can earn significantly more!

Training Track (BT+)

• Earn a flat 10% commission on all BT+ program sales made with your code

There is no tier — earnings scale directly with the number of students you bring in.

Simply share your personal affiliate code with your community — friends, students, followers, or training partners. When someone uses your code, they receive a discount and you earn commission or cashback depending on the product.

We recommend sharing authentically 1-2 organic posts per month about training sessions, course recommendations, gear you use and personal experience

In the Gear Track, you can get:

• Up to 2 sample products (total value up to 350USD each) when you start
• After reaching 6,000USD in yearly sales:
• Up to 4 additional samples per year
• One-time 50% personal gear discount

In the Training Track, you’ll get:

• Access to selected BT+ programs to support authentic promotion
• Additional perks may be introduced as the program evolves

We'll provide banners, product images, and promotional copy for all affiliates. These materials give you a starting point, but we encourage you to add your own voice and creativity! Tag @molchanovs on social media, and we'll share your posts to help amplify your reach.

You'll receive automatic email notifications every time someone makes a purchase using your affiliate code. This way, you can keep track of your sales and see what's working!

Your followers get a 10% discount both for gear and BT+ products. Additional promotions may be available in case of occasional special campaigns or limited-time increased discounts.

Yes! Your code always gives your community 10% off their order. Additionally:

• You can request an extra 5% discount (15% total) for your followers for two weeks around your birthday or another special occasion you choose
• While we don't normally allow discount stacking, affiliates who reach 6,000USD in sales by October will be able to combine their affiliate code with the automatic Black Friday discount, giving their followers maximum savings

Just request special occasion discounts at least 5 days in advance!

If you are in the Gear Track, your affiliate code is valid for one year from your join date. After that year, you can withdraw your earned cashback or apply it directly toward purchasing Molchanovs gear. Once you withdraw or use your cashback, we'll reactivate your code for another 12 months within a few days.

If you are in the Training Track, your affiliate code is valid for one year from your join date. After that year, you can choose to either withdraw your earned cashback, or convert the earned amount into credits that can be used to cover student registrations fees.

Hitting the 6,000USD threshold unlocks significant benefits:

• 10% cashback on all sales (flat rate, not tiered)
• Up to 4 additional free samples of products per affiliate year (not including the 2 samples received upon affiliate code activation)
• 50% personal gear discount (one-time per year on your own equipment)

There's no strict posting requirement, we value quality over quantity. We're looking for affiliates who naturally share about our products they love, not people forcing promotional content.
That being said, 1–2 authentic posts or stories per month (featuring our gear or training products) is a realistic baseline that keeps your code active in people's minds and helps you reach your sales goal!

Life happens—we get it! There's no penalty for quiet periods. However, if your code shows no activity for an extended time and you're not engaging with the program, we may reach out to see if you'd like to continue or if we should pause your affiliate status.

The program works best when affiliates are genuinely excited about sharing, so we want to make sure it's still a good fit for you!

Typically, your affiliate code cannot be combined with other Molchanovs discounts (like Black Friday sales, instructor discounts, etc.). Your customers should choose whichever discount is larger.

But if you’ve reached the 6,000USD sales target, your affiliate code can be stacked with automatic site-wide sales (like Black Friday)! However, it still cannot be combined with other discount codes.

If you are in the Gear Track, you’ll receive your own free samples of gear, and if you reach 6,000USD in yearly sales, you’ll qualify for a one-time 50% discount on personal gear each year—which is even better than your affiliate code discount! However, if after that, you’d like to use your affiliate code to purchase equipment—go right ahead!

If you are in the Training Track, affiliate codes are intended for bringing in new students rather than personal use, and to support authentic promotion, we provide access to selected BT+ programs instead—so using your own affiliate code to purchase training programs is not supported.

Group orders save money! If several followers are in the same location, place one combined order and share the shipping cost.

No problem! When your annual code validation period ends, you can choose not to renew. You'll withdraw any earned cashback, and we won't reactivate your code. If program conditions change and you're not happy with the new terms, you're free to discontinue participation.
