Updated Models

When we release new versions of a product, we'll update your testing set. Older models can continue to be offered for testing and sold by your school directly.

Access to the NOT FOR SALE Collection

Gear Testing Center partners receive access to our exclusive NOT FOR SALE Collection—open even to non-Molchanovs schools.

1. The Gear Testing Center partnership runs for an initial term of 14 months from the date the agreement is signed.
2. Partners receive a unique discount code offering 10% off for customers and 10% cashback for the school on all sales generated through that code.
3. A minimum sales target of 6,000USD must be reached within the partnership year. If the target is not met, Molchanovs reserves the right to discontinue the partnership.
4. If the sales target is reached before major sales periods (such as Black Friday), the partner's discount code may be combined with active sitewide promotions.
5. If the sales target is exceeded by 15% or more, Molchanovs will expand the partner's testing set with additional products, sizes, or models.
6. When new versions of a product are released, Molchanovs will update the partner's testing set accordingly. Older models may continue to be offered for testing and can be sold by the school, but without warranty coverage.
7. Partners are responsible for the proper care and storage of all testing gear in accordance with Molchanovs Equipment Care guidelines.
8. Testing gear must be actively made available to students for hands-on testing—it may not be stored away or used exclusively by staff.
9. Molchanovs may request at least one virtual check-in (via Zoom or equivalent) per year to review how the testing program is being run.
10. Molchanovs reserves the right to conduct occasional in-person visits to assess how testing gear is presented, used, and stored.
11. Molchanovs reserves the right to terminate the partnership if the terms above are not upheld.
