Molchanovs Instructor Sanctions & Disassociation Notices

At Molchanovs, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and ethical conduct in freediving. This page publicly lists individuals who have been formally sanctioned, expelled, or disassociated from Molchanovs Freediving due to confirmed breaches of our Instructor Standards or Instructors Code of Conduct.

Our goal is to protect the integrity of our community and provide transparency for all students, professionals, and partners.

Check Instructor Status

You can search whether a Molchanovs Instructor is currently active in the Marketplace.
✅ Only instructors with active membership will appear in search results.
⚠️ If a name does not appear, it does not necessarily mean the instructor is banned or sanctioned. They may simply have:

  • An expired or paused membership
  • Not renewed their professional status for the current period
  • Recently joined and not yet listed in the public directory

Who Appears on This List?

This list includes but is not limited to:

  • Instructors or Instructor Trainers whose affiliation with Molchanovs has been revoked
  • Individuals facing permanent or long-term sanctions due to serious misconduct, and confirmed breaches of our Instructor Standards or Code of Conduct.

How Is This Information Added?

All entries are reviewed and approved by the Molchanovs Reporting Officer, based on reports submitted via the MOVE platform or official channels. Decisions to list individuals are made following the Instructor Standards on Reports and Conduct and are taken by the Molchanovs Movement Board. Cases are only published once investigations are complete and outcomes finalized, in line with internal SOPs for handling sensitive matters.
