Lap 4/ Wave 4 - Competitive Freediving

Are you ready to leave recreational freediving behind and learn how to participate in freediving competitions?

Get ready to become an athlete and compete in freediving competitions with the Lap/Wave 4 - Competitive Freediving course.

Lap/Wave 4 Course Setup

This course teaches you how to prepare for and compete in official freediving competitions effectively. You will learn competitive freediving theory in the Theory 4 course, competitive theory and pool freediving in the Lap 3 course, and competitive freediving theory, pool, and depth freediving in the Wave 3 course.

Keep in mind that you can upgrade from Theory → Lap → Wave within the same level at different times.

For example, if you just want to complete Theory for now, you can have an online theory session with a Molchanovs instructor, then upgrade to Lap when you are able to access a pool with a Molchanovs instructor. Or if you only have access to a pool, you can first take the Lap course (includes theory), then upgrade later to the Wave course when you are near open water with a Molchanovs instructor.

After successful course completion, you’ll be able to:
