Warehouse Associate (Korea)
Role Summary:
Molchanovs International is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations in Korea.
The Warehouse Associate ensures the efficient daily operations of the Molchanovs Korea warehouse. You will be responsible for order fulfilment, inventory management, quality control, and maintaining high operational standards.
Your work directly contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience to freedivers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Shipping
- Manage assigned orders through our order management system (Bizagi)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to company standards
- Label and secure parcels for shipment
- Update tracking details and shipping costs
- Coordinate with courier services when necessary
Inventory & Stock Management
- Receive and unpack incoming stock
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements
- Support inventory counts and replenishment
Quality & Operations
- Conduct routine quality control checks
- Report discrepancies or operational issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with the international Molchanovs team
- Respond to internal messages within 1–2 business days
- Support additional warehouse activities as needed
What we are looking for
Required:
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, or fulfilment (preferred)
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages
- Basic computer skills and confidence working with digital systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
Preferred:
- Organized, responsible, and responsive
- Based in or near Yecheon-gun, Korea
- Experience in warehouse management and/or sales (especially sports equipment)
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
Growth Opportunity
For candidates who demonstrate consistently strong performance and long-term commitment, this role may develop into a Regional Manager position, representing Molchanovs in Korea and supporting the growth of the brand through local customer and partner development.
This is a remote position with varying hours per week. The applicant must have access to reliable and fast Wi-Fi, a laptop, and a mobile phone.
